RECIPE DESSERT PUTERI MANDI



hi, i Amalinasufian.

This is the first article I will share with my blogger friends and to anyone who is willing to read my blog.. This is my family recipe handed down,it also favorite dessert my dear husband, children and my lovely mother.Puteri Mandi is known in the state of  Kelantan.I hope my blog friend can try out this sweet and easy recipe..happy trying ..!

the list of ingredients is

*250g of glutinous  flour


*a small bowl of water         
*2 sheet of pandan leaf
*2 dull of palm sugar
*2 teaspoon of  green food colouring
*grated coconut(white)

How to make...lets we try..;)


*first step is,mix green food colouring with glutinous flour as shown in the picture

*then add water into the first mixture



*blend flour with water to form a dough-like in the picture

       
* boil half pot of water (to cook the dough before)                                                                                      now you can   make a small ball,,then press the center of the small ball to give like fingerprints shape after that put into the boilling water

  

  *wait until the dough is cooked.,,if dough fully cooked it will float on the water surface.lift all the dough has been cooked and put in a bowl of warm water so that  dough were not attached to each other


Now how to make the sauce of dessert Puteri Mandi

  

*Add grated coconut, sugar, pandan leaf and enough water into pan .cook mixture until it is dry



  
*Now you can enter all the dough has been cooked earlier
